Choose your device

You control the installation. When opened inside TikTok, WhatsApp or another in-app browser, open this page in Chrome or Safari first.

Android

  1. Open this website in Chrome using a normal, non-private tab.
  2. Tap Install app above when the browser offers it, or open Chrome's menu and choose Install and create shortcut → Install (or Add to Home screen on some versions).
  3. Confirm, then open the Care Connection icon.

A browser prompt is not guaranteed. Follow its menu instructions when no prompt appears.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Enable Open as Web App when shown.
  3. Tap Add and open the icon from your Home Screen.

iOS does not use the automatic installation prompt shown by desktop Chrome.

Windows, Mac & desktop

  1. In Chrome or Edge, use the install button or the browser's Install app / Install page as app menu.
  2. On Mac with Safari, choose File → Add to Dock where available.
  3. Launch the app from your device's app list, Start menu or Dock.

Installation depends on the browser and operating system. You can always continue in a browser.
